Delivery Policy


1. Processing and Transit Times

  • Unprinted (ex‑stock) items are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within one to two business days after payment clears.
  • Custom‑branded items typically require five to ten business days for production after final artwork approval.
  • Domestic transit usually takes one to three business days.
  •  International shipments handled by our fulfilment partner Dreampack Ecuador may take 10-30 business days in transit, plus any customs clearance time.

2. Delivery Address Responsibility

Provide a complete, accurate street address. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur additional charges for redelivery.

3. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, labour disruptions, or carrier issues. Should a delay occur, we will notify you promptly and outline available options.

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers generally make two attempts. If both fail and the parcel is returned to us, we may cancel the order. Redelivery can be arranged upon payment of additional shipping and any storage or customs fees incurred.

5. International Duties and Taxes

Import duties and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Dreampack Ecuador prepares accurate commercial invoices to assist with timely clearance. Standard INCOTERMS will apply to all shipments. The agreed INCOTERMS upon will be clearly listed on Invoices and delivery notes. 

6. Local Delivery for Custom Orders

Within Trinidad & Tobago, we offer door‑to‑door courier service. Large palletised orders may require a loading dock or forklift on‑site.

7. Order Tracking

Our sales agent will inform you of your delivery date if different from the date communicated on your delivery notice.  If any delays, you will be notified via email. For custom randed products, delivery times can vary depending on equipment use or downtime. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to display updates on delivery orders.
