Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns only for unsoiled, unbranded stock items within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be factory‑sealed, unused, and in their original packaging, ready for resale.
  • Branded or custom‑printed items are non‑returnable, unless they are defective or we shipped the wrong item.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email customer@dreampackcaribbean.com within the 72‑hour window.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the item, and a brief reason for the return.
  3. We will issue a return order and expected date of return. 
  4. Returns must be sent to our warehouse at 24-25 Frederick Settlement Industrial Estate, Caroni, Trinidad and Tobago between the hours of 10am-4pm. 

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery and attach clear photos. After verification we will, either:

  • send a replacement, or
  • provide a full refund (excluding delivery costs)

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel any order—stock or custom—within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Email customer@dreampackcaribbean.com with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line.
  • After 12 hours, production or fulfilment may have begun and cancellation is no longer guaranteed. If we can halt the order, we will refund in full; otherwise the order will proceed.

5. Non‑Refundable Costs

Original outbound delivery is non‑refundable. Returns to our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility and must be fulfilled by the customer within 72 hours of initiating the return. 

6. Refund Processing

Once returned items pass inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) - ten(10) business days. Banks and card issuers may require an additional three to five business days to post the credit to your account.
